While at Spring, Waseem executed strategic initiatives, which resulted in the technology within Spring being recognized by the 'Innovative use of Technology' award. Waseem was the IT Executive responsible for leading the complex integration following the merger and acquisition between Adecco UK&I, Spring Group plc and MPS Group. After obtaining a Degree in Computer Science and a Masters in Human Computer systems at the De Montfort University in Leicester UK, Waseem started his career working in various IT roles within blue chip organizations including The Woolwich (Barclays Bank) and Caterpillar.
